When a patient on Lipo.com wants to contact your practice, they submit an inquiry through your profile. You receive the inquiry instantly via email and in your Lipo.com dashboard. You respond directly to the patient — we don't insert ourselves into the conversation. The patient's contact information is yours from the first interaction.

What does "priority placement" mean?

Professional and Enterprise plan listings appear higher in our "Find a Surgeon" search results within their geographic area. When a patient searches for surgeons in your city, your listing appears above Basic plan listings. This is clearly indicated to users — we don't mislead patients about ranking methodology.

Can I see analytics on my listing performance?

Yes. Basic plans include page view counts and inquiry volume. Professional and Enterprise plans include detailed analytics: page views, inquiry volume, conversion rates, traffic sources, search terms patients used to find you, and comparison benchmarks against similar practices in your area.

Do you verify surgeon credentials?

Yes. Every listed surgeon goes through credential verification before receiving the verified badge. We check board certification through ABPS, ABCS, or equivalent bodies, verify facility accreditation, and confirm active licensing. This protects both patients and legitimate practices.

What if I have multiple locations?

The Enterprise plan supports multiple locations under a single account with unified billing and reporting. Each location gets its own profile page optimized for local search. Contact our sales team for multi-location pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?
