Dr. Adam T. Silverman’s journey in medicine is marked by a blend of academic excellence and a commitment to surgical innovation. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, he excelled in both academics and athletics, leading his high school teams as captain while graduating in the top five percent of his class. His pursuit of science led him to the University at Albany, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Biology, followed by a Master’s in Cell Biology from New York Medical College.
Dr. Silverman’s medical education culminated at St. George's University School of Medicine, where he distinguished himself on the Dean’s and Chancellor’s Lists. His surgical training began with a General Surgery Residency at Monmouth Medical Center, culminating in a Chief Residency and multiple teaching awards. He further honed his expertise in a rigorous three-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, focusing on craniofacial procedures.
