Anna Pavlov, MD

Dr. Anna Pavlov, a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, brings a unique blend of expertise and community commitment to the Aesthetic Surgery Center Gulfport. Growing up in Ocean Springs, she was inspired by her family's dedication to health; her father has served as a family physician for over three decades, while her mother played a pivotal role in community pharmacy services.

Dr. Pavlov's academic journey is equally impressive, beginning with her summa cum laude graduation from Mississippi College and culminating in her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she was honored as a member of the AOA and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies. After completing her residency at UNC Chapel Hill—where she served as chief resident and developed the educational curriculum for the program—she returned to her roots in Mississippi.

Her practice is focused on breast reconstruction and body contouring, aiming to restore confidence and beauty to those she serves. With outpatient surgery locations in Biloxi and Gulfport, Dr. Pavlov is dedicated to enhancing the lives of her fellow Mississippians.
