Dr. Benjamin Rechner embodies a unique blend of engineering precision and surgical artistry. His journey began with a degree in engineering, where he honed critical problem-solving skills that would later inform his meticulous approach to surgery. Transitioning to medicine, Dr. Rechner completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residency at the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Corporation, affiliated with Michigan State University. He further refined his expertise through a pediatric craniofacial fellowship at the University of Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, enhancing his attention to detail in complex surgical procedures.

As an Assistant Clinical Professor at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine, Dr. Rechner passionately imparts his knowledge to the next generation of surgeons. His comprehensive practice encompasses cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, including breast augmentations, tummy tucks, and facelifts, all aimed at enhancing patient confidence and well-being.
