Dr. Eugene Chin Min Hsiao is a highly skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose extensive training and diverse expertise set him apart in the field. With over eight years of rigorous education and hands-on experience, he is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Hsiao's academic journey began at the University of Michigan, followed by a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. His commitment to excellence continued through a general surgery residency at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency, culminating in specialized fellowships in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville, and hand/microsurgery at Washington University in St. Louis under the mentorship of Dr. Susan Mackinnon.
His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of plastic surgery, with particular interests in breast reconstruction—both implant-based and DIEP flap—as well as aesthetic procedures following significant weight loss.
