Fawn Hogan, MD

Dr. Fawn Hogan, MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose exceptional skills and artistic vision have shaped her career over more than 20 years. A former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Department of Defense's largest hospital, she gained recognition as a leading authority in facial feminization surgery during her distinguished military tenure. Transitioning to private practice, Dr. Hogan co-founded the Plastic Surgery Group of San Antonio, where she specializes in advanced cosmetic techniques such as deep plane facelifts, closed preservation rhinoplasty, and brow bone contouring.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hogan is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of surgeons as an adjunct professor at UT Health San Antonio.
