Robert Howard, MD

Dr. Robert Howard, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon whose journey is rooted in a commitment to both aesthetic and reconstructive excellence. Growing up in Anne Arundel County, he laid the foundation for his medical career at the United States Naval Academy, followed by his medical education at the Uniformed Services University of Medicine. His surgical prowess was honed through rigorous training during his general and plastic surgery residencies at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego and Emory University in Atlanta.

With a notable tenure as Chief of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Bethesda and serving as the Plastic Surgery Consultant for the White House, Dr. Howard brings a wealth of experience to his practice. He specializes in breast reconstruction, limb salvage, and regenerative medicine, focusing on enhancing his patients' quality of life and self-esteem.
