Dr. Russell Ashinoff combines a unique blend of technological insight and surgical expertise, stemming from his early academic pursuits in Computer Science at the University of Albany, where he graduated with honors. His medical journey unfolded at SUNY Upstate Medical University, followed by an intensive residency in General Surgery at the prestigious New York University and Bellevue Hospital.
