Catherine Ly, MD

Catherine L. Ly, MD, is a skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose expertise spans a diverse range of specialties, including body contouring, breast and cancer reconstruction, and trauma microsurgery. With a robust educational foundation from the University of Hawai’i John A. Burns School of Medicine, Dr. Ly further honed her skills through a prestigious fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, solidifying her commitment to advancing surgical practices.

Dr. Ly completed her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, where her research acumen earned her multiple accolades, including the Best Research Award at the Yale Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Annual Research Day in two consecutive years. As an Assistant Professor of Surgery, she actively shapes the next generation of surgeons while maintaining hospital affiliations with NewYork-Presbyterian facilities throughout New York.
