Dr. Donald Harvey, MD, is a dedicated plastic surgeon whose expertise is rooted in a comprehensive educational journey and specialized training. After earning his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2010, he honed his surgical skills through a residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, culminating in 2016. Dr. Harvey further elevated his proficiency by completing a fellowship in microsurgery at Rochester, Ohio, in 2017, where he mastered advanced techniques essential for complex reconstructive procedures.
