Dr. Jacob Bloom, a native of Northbrook, Illinois, has been shaping the landscape of plastic surgery in the Chicago area since founding Bloom Plastic Surgery in 2016. His journey began at the University of Michigan, where he laid a solid academic foundation, before graduating at the top of his class from the Chicago Medical School. Dr. Bloom honed his surgical skills during an esteemed Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, followed by advanced training within the prestigious Harvard Medical system at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, he combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for patient care.
