Dr. Richard Ehrlichman, MD, FACS, embodies a remarkable fusion of surgical expertise and dedication to advancing medical practice. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University, where he graduated with High Honors and earned a Phi Beta Kappa membership, his academic journey was further distinguished by a Magna Cum Laude MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

His surgical training is extensive, encompassing a general surgery residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital, followed by specialized plastic surgery training at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a board-certified surgeon in both disciplines, Dr. Ehrlichman has honed his skills in breast, body, and facial plastic surgery, with a particular focus on eyelid procedures and complex reconstructions after skin cancer removal. His role as a staff surgeon at The Lahey Clinic Medical Center includes directing the residency program and leading the melanoma clinic.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Ehrlichman’s commitment to service is evident in his military role as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, where he contributes to the Massachusetts National Guard and has deployed to
